Google Sheets Lead Automation

Google Apps Script: validate, score and route leads automatically, with email notifications and a daily summary.

Demo simulation. This page runs the same scoring logic as the real script (Logic.gs) so you can see the result without a Google account. The Google Sheets part is in Code.gs. Concept project; no data is sent anywhere.

1. Add a lead

Like a new row from a Google Form:

Scoring rules

  • Budget: up to 40 points
  • Company size: up to 30
  • Timeline: up to 30
  • Business email: +10 (max 100)
  • 70+ Hot, 40+ Warm, else Cold
  • Invalid rows are flagged, never emailed
